This new corporate facility comprises an architecturally designed part three and part four level office of approximately 14,900m2 and fully equipped staff cafeteria of 1,900m2, and on site parking for some 600 cars.

Following an extensive project evaluation process which was managed by Gallagher Jeffs Consulting, this new facility was developed on surplus land forming part of an existing Siemens owned manufacturing and distribution facility
Upon making a commitment to relocate its corporate functions to this site, Gallagher Jeffs managed the delivery of the base building and fitout construction on behalf of Siemens.
Gallagher Jeffs also developed and implemented Siemens’ relocation strategy to the new facility to ensure minimal disruption to staff and ongoing business. This included consolidating business units from multiple locations throughout Melbourne.
