Thriving through challenges, he has amassed experience directing several complex and multi-faceted projects, including MONA and the Seafarers development on Melbourne's riverfront. Building relationships based on mutual respect and trust, Tim creates consensus among stakeholder groups and directs project teams towards a common goal.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience from his near 30 -year global career in managing projects across various sectors, including commercial, hotel, retail, aged care and retirement living. His notable projects include the landmark 1 William St in Brisbane, the complex OneSKY ATC centre at Brisbane Airport, and the fit out for Tabcorp at 180 Ann St. Known for his firm yet fair leadership and authentic approach, Andrew is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. A golf enthusiast, Andrew is committed to leading his team to success.

Cheryl is dedicated to mentoring women in construction and holds a Masters in Project Management and Business Administration.

Meg's extensive cross-sector expertise shines through as she has led the successful delivery of a range of iconic projects spanning Melbourne and Western Australia. Among these achievements are the $165 million Australia Post office for Charter Hall in Cremorne, the $270 million Stage 3 Melbourne Park Redevelopment project, and the impressive $207 million Karratha Hospital – the largest health facility in regional Western Australia.

He is a results-driven leader with a meticulous attention to detail, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. His reputation for excellence in project management is built upon a foundation of strong leadership, a focus on practical outcomes, and an ability to navigate complex projects with ease.

We are proud to have developed a team of long tenure senior staff who continually deliver high quality service to each and every client, ensuring we maintain a repeat business rate in excess of 75% year on year.



6 YEARS & COUNTING

Among our project management ranks we have an average staff tenure of 6 years with many senior staff having been with us for 10 to 15 years. This high tenure ensures consistently high service across all of our projects.

HANDS ON EXPERIENCE

At Gallagher Jeffs we select our project managers with great care, looking not only for formal qualifications but also for individuals with real project experience. The vast majority of our project managers have had careers with large contractors which positions them in a strong position to provide invaluable insight into value engineering process & risk mitigation during construction.
