Gallagher Jeffs was appointed to manage the refurbishment and extension of the senior school classroom facilities and the building of the new resource and information centre, including a drama centre. The management role included preparing the initial design brief, selecting and commissioning design consultants and managing the design and documentation process. This included controlling the cost planning process. Gallagher Jeffs also managed the tendering process and following the selection of a builder undertook the management and administration of the building contract. The scope of services included monitoring the program and quality assurance plan. The hand-over of the project and defect rectification were also encompassed in Gallagher Jeffs’ Consulting and management role. Connor Pincus Saunders
