Gallagher Jeffs was engage to manage the project form end to end including approvals, design management, construction tender and construction delivery.
The site is situated at 35 O-Dea Avenue Zetland and lies between Grandstand Parade and Victoria Park Parade. The project known as the “35 O’Dea Avenue project” consists of an eight storey building containing 58 residential units and 140 square meters of commercial space together with one level of basement parking containing 36 car spaces.
