Scope of Service
The role of Gallagher Jeffs includes the appointment, management and coordination of all consultants, ensuring all are in a suitable format for novation under a D&C contract; management of the further design required, preparation of the tender package; procurement of head contractor; manage detailed design coordination and value management, oversee the attainment of permits and various authority approvals, as well as administer the D&C contract for the development.
