BACKGROUND
Due to the ongoing expansion of Genazzano FJC School, it became evident that their current student services and administration building would no longer be adequate. Consequently, the school administration initiated a comprehensive renovation and expansion project for the existing facility. Alongside the building renovations, a brand-new outdoor landscape and a winter garden area were also included in the plans.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
Gallagher Jeffs was engaged from the initial stages of schematic design to ensure seamless progress throughout the entire design period. Our team provided support for the town planning process, meticulously prepared tender documentation for the head contractor, and facilitated a competitive contractor tender. Once construction commenced,
Gallagher Jeffs assumed the roles of project manager and superintendent, overseeing the project's execution and ensuring its successful completion.
