BACKGROUND
St Patrick’s College’s multi-purpose centre provides the college with an assembly hall featuring a state-of-the-art retractable seating system for 1,600 to 2,000 students, staff, and community members. In addition to the main performance auditorium, the centre offers flexible learning spaces, indoor sports facilities, and purpose-built areas for performing arts, music theory, music tutorials, assemblies, and drama rooms.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
Gallagher Jeffs was engaged for full project management services across all project phases. This includes consultant appointment, briefing, concept design, schematic design, design development, tender procurement, contract negotiations and head contractor management.
