Background
Following the relocation of the sole tenant, BGT has taken the opportunity to undertake a complete building refurbishment and install spec suites to assist in obtaining new tenants for the building. The project will see a new End of trip facility installed, upgrades to base building services, upgrades to ground floor lobby and on floor lobbies and amenities, facade refurbishment and rooftop activation.
Scope of Service
Gallagher Jeffs has been appointed as project manager and superintendent from consultant appointment through to completion. This includes consultant appointment, management of design development, head contractor expression of interest and tender, value management and contract administration.
