PROJECT BACKGROUND
With 10,500sqm of developable area, and a capped permissible GFA at 31,770sqm, Romeciti are developing two 20 storey, mixed use buildings linked by a two-storey podium. Designed by Architectus, the buildings will consist of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, totalling 334 private dwellings with over 4 levels of basement parking. There will also be a single ground floor retail space, as well as communal facilities by way of a swimming pool and pedestrian cycle path.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Gallagher Jeffs has been appointed to act as an extension of the Romeciti team, acting as project manager and superintendent during the construction period. Our services for this project include but are not limited to administration of construction contract, conduct meetings with the builder managing and monitoring the contractor’s obligations under the contract, providing monthly superintendent progress reports including cost reports.
