PROJECT BACKGROUND

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Gallagher Jeffs are engaged as the Project Manager and superintendent, to coordinate design for the preparation of marketing material, manage the preparation of pre-sale documentation, oversee design documentation, manage the tender process and administer the contract as the Superintendent. The scope of works include; Archaeology investigation and clearance; Remediation of site contamination; Town planning approvals; Design Management, Contractor procurement and contract superintendent.
