Project Background

Gallagher Jeffs undertook the role of Project Manager and Superintendent for the development of Panorama Investment Group’s 13-storey mixed-use property located at 101-105 Tram Road, Doncaster. This project consists of 201 dwellings, 257 car spaces, and has a total site area of 3,113sqm.

The development included 4 retail tenancies, a resident’s gymnasium, shared roof top garden and extensive landscaping in the public areas.

 Gallagher Jeffs was appointed shortly before the Tender Phase. Our Role was to provide governance to the Tender Process, and to negotiate a Contract Sum and Terms of Contract with the Builder.

Gallagher Jeffs continued to act as Project Manager and Superintendent during the Contract Documentation & Permit Phase, Construction Phase and Defect Liability Period.

Gallagher Jeffs also played a significant role in coordination of Legal Agreements, Planning Applications and Contract of Sales Settlements.
