As part of general hotel improvements, Gallagher Jeffs was engaged to manage works to GPT’s Lizard Island, Herron Island, Kings Canyon, Dunk Island and El Questro resorts spread across the norther half of Australia.
Project management
Gallagher Jeffs was engaged to oversee design, tender and construction of the various works packages. Works ranged from room improvements to back of house works and the delivery of modular accommodation for staff.
GPT has since sold the resorts.
